At least 9 Female leaners fainted after developing strange disease in Mchinji

At least nine female learners from Mpita Primary School under Sub-Traditional Authority Kambuwe in Mchinji today fainted after developing a strange disease.

Head teacher for the school, Patrick Chichitike, and one of the parents, Joseph Baziwelo, confirmed the development to Zodiak in seperate interviews saying this was not the first time for such girls to collapse as they have been fainting several times in the past few weeks.

Chichitike says for a number of times, the girls were taken to Kapiri Hospital soon after collapsing but showed no symptoms of any disease.

Chairperson for the Parents Teachers Association at the institution, Lester Bamusi, says they intend to invite a witch doctor to deal with the matter as they suspect the incident is done through magic.
