Malawian Man In Cooler For Being Found With Live Ammunitions

A 50 year old man is in police custody in Nsanje for allegedly being in possession of live bullets without permission.
Nsanje police publicist Agnes Zalakoma confirmed of the development and identified the suspect as Raphael Edward.
According to Zalakoma, Edward’s arrested followed a tip the police received that the 50 year old man was selling eight rounds of FN ammunitions.
Following a search conducted by detectives, the bullets were seized and took Edward into custody.
The suspect will appear before court soon to answer a charge of being found in possession of offensive weapons.
Edward comes from Nthukuso village in the area of Senior Chief Malemia in the district.
