Reasons why MCP supporters attacked SPC Colleen Zamba revealed (watch video)

Information sourced by this publication indicates that Malawi Congress Party (MCP) supporters are against the move by the Secretary to the office of the President and Cabinet (SPC) Colleen Zamba to bar them from attending President Lazarus Chakwera’s official government functions.

This came to light recently when Zamba blocked MCP supporters especially women from entering the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) where President Chakwera was attending the Malawi Assemblies of God Conference.

Angry with the move, MCP supporters dancing outside an event hall were heard singing anti-Colleen Zamba’s songs.

“Watukwana Chipani iweyo, kumeneko nkulakwa,” the women were quoted singing while some pointing fingers at Zamba who boarded the vehicle parked in front of the angry women.
