Former Minister of Agriculture Lobin Lowe has told the Joint Parliamentary Committee that he doesn’t know anything about the claimed missing K30 billion.
Lowe said he was not involved in any procurement procedure of the 2022/23 AIP fertilizer deals.
On why he travelled with the groups he said it was essential to make sure the appreciates if the whole thing was real.
He said he wanted to verify the reality on the ground.
On his connection to Market Link he said he does not know them and it’s the first time hearing them.
“I’m afraid because when somebody is coming to destroy you, they come with so many allegations,” said Lowe.
