The body of Andrew Majawa Makina who died suddenly in the United Kingdom (UK) on November 10, 2022 has finally arrived in the country through Kamuzu International Airport (KIA) in the capital Lilongwe.

State Vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima and family members welcomed the body of Makina at KIA ahead of the burial ceremony set for December 4, 2022 in Mzimba.

Speaker of Parliament Catherine Gotani Hara was also spotted at KIA.

The body of Makina will be kept at Goodwill Homes in Area 3, in the capital Lilongwe ahead of the burial on Sunday.
