Malawi music fan base and musicians in the country have taken to social media sending in their best wishes to musicians Macelba and ProVoice who nursing injuries after being involved in an accident last night.
According to Dedza Police Station Deputy Publicist, Sergeant Cassim Manda the driver of a Honda Fit vehicle registration number BY 1692 Lapieni Malivenji lost control of the vehicle Upon arrival at Hinda Turnoff after Chimbiya Trading Centre swerved to the extreme verge of the road before hitting a male pedestrian John Namagunda who was coming from the opposite direction.
Malivenji and Namagunda died upon reaching to the hospital leaving the musicians with injuries and they were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, Macelba has been discharged and ProVoice will be discharged soon.
Taking to social media musicians, wished their colleagues a quick recovery and best wishes.
