Two Malawians Reportedly Dead In Qatar and Oman

Yesterday, Rumphi West Member of Parliament Kamlepo Kalua asked the government through ministry of foreign affairs to assist Malawians who are stuck and in dire need to be repatriated home following reports that two Malawians have died in Qatar and Oman.

This comes amidst growing reports that many Malawians in Oman are being sexually abused and working long hours than recommended.

Speaker of Parliament, Catherine Hara asked Kamlepo to take the matters to the ministry of Foreign Affairs.
