Man arrested for being found with 10 rounds of live ammunition

Police in Lilongwe have arrested a 47-year-old man traveling from South Africa for allegedly being found in possession of 10 rounds of live ammunition.
Lilongwe Police Assistant Public Relations Officer Alice Sitima said Henry Kanyinji was arrested on Sunday at around 11am at M1 Roadblock when the police searched a minibus he was traveling on.
The ammunition was hidden in a laptop bag.
Kanyinji comes from Vilimumu village, Traditional Authority Kabunduri in Nkhatabay.
