A 4 – year old Tabitha Masangano has drowned after she accidentally fell in uncovered well on January 8, 2023 at Makina Village, Traditional Authority Juma in Mulanje District.
According to deceased’s father, on the said date she went to play with her friends 30 metres away from her home and Tabitha accidentally fell into the well.
The incident was reported to Namphungo Police Unit who rushed to the scene together with medical personnel who confirmed that death was due to suffocation.
Tabitha Masangano hailed from Makina Village, Traditional Authority Juma in Mulanje.
