Vision Fund CEO Stanely Mkwamba dies suddenly, burial Tuesday

Death has been announced of Stanley Mikwamba who was working as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Vision Fund.

According to the police report made available to this publication, Mikwamba died suddenly after having sex with his girlfriend at Country Lodge in Area 9 in Lilongwe on January 21, 2023.

“Mikwamba, 49, died suddenly after having sex with his girlfriend Lynes Mbewe,” reads crime report in part.

Postmortem results conducted by Dr. Andrew Mwale of Kamuzu Central Hospital in Lilongwe have revealed that the deceased died of Cardiogenic shock and Cardiac arrest.

The body of Mikwamba will be laid to rest at Henry Henderson Institute (HHI) cemetery on Tuesday in the commercial capital Blantyre.

Vigil is currently taking place at his house in Namiwawa Township, Blantyre.

Reference to my situation report of SUDDEN DEATH dated 21st January 2023 in which the is Francis K Mkwamba DOB 09/03/1972 v Nsomba t/a Lundu d Blantyre and the deceased is Stanley Mikwamba A.49 years, Village Nsomba T/A Lundu in Blantyre District occupational Chief Executive Officer at Vision fund. Occurred on the 21st January 2023 at about 2000hours at Country Lodge Area 9 LILONGWE.occ Chief Excutive officer for Vision Fund who died suddenly soon after sex Girl Friend Lynes Mbewe 31yrs. VZengereza t/a Kaphuka d Dedza c/o Chileka Blantyre.

Now be informed that Postmortem Examination was conducted by Dr Andrew Mwale from Kamuzu central Hospital who confirmed that the deceased died Cardiogenic Shock and Cardiac arrest. No foul play suspected and dead taken by relatives to Blantyre for Burial.LL/MP/31/1/2023 refers.
