Concerned citizens storm Parliament over Chizuma’s interdiction

Some concerned citizens led by former United Transformation Movement (UTM) national youth director Bon Kalindo have stormed parliament building in Lilongwe in protest of Martha Chizuma’s interdiction.

Secretary to the Office of the President and Cabinet Colleen Zamba interdicted Chizuma on what she called criminal charges she is answering relating to the leaked audio clip.

Speaking to the press Kalindo said together with some concerned legislators would like to find out why president Lazarus Chakwera allowed the interdiction, yet he said he had forgiven her.

The concerned members of parliament are yet to show up on the scene.
