MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT CAUTION GOVERNMENT TO CURB ENTRY OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS IN THE COUNTRY

Some concerned Members of Parliament have expressed worries with the increase of illegal immigrants flocking into the country due to wars in country’s surrounding Malawi.

Zomba Chisi Member of parliament Mark Botomani has said the situation is bringing fear to the country’s security and economic growth.

Botomani also said that refugees camps are failing to operate well in the country due to over population in the camps

However, Botomani has asked the government through the ministry of homeland security to address the nation on the way forward on this issue.
