Senior Chief arrested for undressing and parading a woman in Mzimba

Police in Kasungu is keeping in custody Senior Chief Chulu for allegedly stripping a fellow woman and parading her naked at the trade center on suspicion that she had a secret love affair with her husband.

Joseph Kachikho Spokesperson for Kasungu Police has confirmed the development and identified the suspects as Ester Kalasa (Senior Chief Chulu) and her accomplice Gift Gerlad allegedly committed the offense.

According to Kachikho, the two who are answering a charge of insulting the modesty of the woman.

The Suspects are expected to appear in court to answer the charges.

Senior Chief Chulu, real name Ester Kalasa is 42 years old and Gift Gerald is 20 years old both  hails from Chikwanda village in her area in Kasungu.
