The ministry has revealed that there are over fifty-one thousand undocumented immigrants operating in different areas of the country without the required permits.

Homeland Minister, Ken Zikhale Ng’oma has emphasized that any foreigner who wants to do business in Malawi should pay an annual fee of seven thousand United States dollars

  1. Respected Honourable minister, kindly revise all permit fees downwards, $10,000 for PRP and $7000 for BRP is beyond the reach of all immigrants. Reduce the fees this will encourage the defaulters to come forward and pay.
