Henry Mussa’s bail ruling shifted to July 11

The High Court in Lilongwe today failed to deliver a ruling in a bail plea pending appeal for former Minister of Information and Director, Henry Mussa and Gideon Munthali respectively.

This is so because lawyers for appellants are yet to file relevant documents on the application.

Judge Eda Ngwira has since adjourned the case to July 11, 2023.

Speaking after the adjournment Judge Ngwira expressed concern over what she described as continued delays on the case.

She said on the said date the court will not entertain any excuses from both concerned parties.
