Security Guards Arrested in Connection to Missing Monitors at Nsanje Secondary School

Three security guards from Nsanje Secondary School have been apprehended following the disappearance of three monitors from the institution’s computer laboratory, writes Cornelius Lupenga in Nsanje.

The incident was confirmed by Headteacher Overton Chikuni, who stated that the matter has been reported to the authorities at Nsanje Police Station.

“The guards have been taken into custody at Nsanje Police Station for further investigation,” said Chikuni.

The monitors were part of a donation made by the Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) to enhance the students’ learning experience. The motive behind the theft remains unknown at this time.

Nsanje Police have yet to provide an official statement regarding the ongoing investigation.
