Musician Joe Gwaladi granted bail

The Phalombe Magistrate Court has granted bail to well-known musician Joe Gwaladi who was arrested last week, faceofmalawi can reveal.

Gwaladi was arrested on that he assaulted and injured his wife, resulting in the amputation of her left toe.

Phalombe First Grade Magistrate Leonard Fletcher Mtosa last week Friday denied Gwaladi bail on grounds that he has been violating his past bail conditions in previous cases.

Meanwhile, it is yet to be seen if Gwaladi will now honor the bail conditions.
