Police confirms Chisale’s arrest

National Police spokesperson Peter Kalaya has confirmed that former presidential bodyguard Norman Paulos Chisale has been arrested on allegations of intimidation and obstructing justice.

Kalaya, however, did not provide more details saying the police will soon be releasing more information on the development.

He said: “I can confirm that we have arrested Mr Chisale on allegations of intimidation and obstructing justice.”

Chisale is currently at Lingadzi Police Station where police are expected to record his statement.
