Political expert George Phiri has said that the government of Tonse Alliance should stop saying thatDPP government destroyed the economy, meaning to say that the Tonse Alliance Government is failing to solve or to give solutions to the problems Malawians are facing.
“The Tonse Alliance Government have to stop pointing fingers at the former president of this country Professor Peter Mutharika and his government for the problems Malawians are facing now,” Said Phiri.
Phiri said Malawi elected Tonse Alliance Government to fix what the DPP failed and if the government continues to point fingers at DPP then it means that they have also failed to solve the problems.
He added that the government of Tonse must resign if it does not have solutions to the economic problems, and it should stop saying that Mutharika squandered the economy.
