Well-known Zambian socialite Mutale Mwanza together with Malawi’s celebrated hip-hop artist, Limbani Kalilani, popularly known as Tay Grin on Friday met former President Dr. Bakili Muluzi at his residence in BCA Hill.
Mwanza who was in the country for the Meet & Greet at Amarhyllis Hotel confirmed of the development in a statement posted on her official facebook page.
“It was an honor to meet his Excellency The 2nd President of Malawi DR. Bakili Muluzi. We definitely got wise counsel from him.
“We appreciate you Sir. 🇲🇼 Thankyou for your unwavering support. 🇲🇼,” wrote Mwanza.
The former President supported the two artist with Mk1.5 million.
“Today was a lovely day, we paid a courtesy call on The 2nd President of Malawi H.E Dr Bakili Muluzi where he supported us with 1.5 Million Kwacha for our event tonight. He further mentioned that he will be watching our event on Times 360 Malawi.
“It was truly humbling to be hosted by The 2nd President of The Republic of Malawi at his residence,” she added.
