Business has come to a standstill in the evergreen city of Mzuzu as concerned Malawians led by right activist Bon Kalindo are holding demonstrations in the city.
Kalindo is holding the demonstrations in Mzuzu against the recent devaluation of the kwacha which has seen a rise in prices of various commodities on the market.
The demonstrations have also been organized against this year’s AIP program which has left out many Malawians.
A visit in the city, faceofmalawi reporter saw many shops closed.
Kalindo also held similar demonstrations in Zomba, Blantyre and Karonga.
