Second Deputy Speaker Madalitso Kazombo accused Kwelepeta of disruption parliamentary deliberations.
It all started when Kwelepeta stood on point of order questioning a delay by government to pay a contractor to finish construction of Domasi Community Hospital.
In her claims, the delay in completion of the hospital is affect health services delivery in her constituency.
Kwelepeta’s claims attracted tension in the house forcing the Deputy Speaker to invoke order 105 of the Parliamentary standing order.
The MP is scheduled to return in the house tomorrow.
