Has offered a form of employment to some of of the soche technical college latest graduands.
The colorful graduation ceremony took place in Blantyre on Friday, 8th December and Kachamba Ngwira was a guest of honor.
Kachamba Ngwira has hired all graduands doing painting to start working on houses which are being constructed for cyclone freddy affected families.
Through his firm, he has also provided paid internship to all students with credit in community development.
Furthermore, Kachamba Ngwira has hired on internship those with distinction in public health and has also awarded plumbers with a project to start working on it with immediately affect.
Speaking at the event,Kachamba Ngwira also adviced the graduating student’s to think of starting their own businesses rather than relying on white collar job as such opportunities are not many in the country.
“I hate seeing unemployment among the youth in the country”,Said Ngwira.
During the graduation ceremony 125 among them 74 girls have been awarded advanced diplomas, diplomas, certificates ABE, ABMA and city and guides.
