Shaiko Msiskya 31, is in police custody at Mzuzu police station for an allegation of robbery which occurred during the night of December 09, 2023 at Chibanja location within Mzuzu city.
It is reported that on the said date the house of Miss Yeonseong Hong and other three Koreans who are Christian missionaries was broken into and phones as well as some electric gadget were stolen.
The incident was reported to police and detectives through intelligence collection made some follow ups on the issue which led to the arrest of Msiskya.
Recoveries of some items (phones) whose total value is K6, 455, 743.00 was made
The suspect will soon appear before court to answer charges of robbery
