A commercial s3x worker has been beaten mercilessly at Chayamba Turn-Off in the area of Senior Chief Kaomba in Kasungu for allegedly offering to sale her four months old baby.
It is said that the suspect identified as Lekeleni was selling the child at the price of MK4 million.
According to the onlookers, the woman claimed that the child was a stumbling block to her business hence offering the child for sale.
But this did not please the people at the said place who retaliated by beating her up mercilessly.
It took the intervention of the law enforcers to rescue her from the angry villagers.
The suspect has since been arrested by police in Kasungu.
Kasungu Police spokesperson Sub Inspector Joseph Kachikho has confirmed of the arrest but refused to diverge more details on the matter.
