Mambilima Constituency MP, Hon Jean Chisenga has been handed 30 days suspension in Parliament for allegedly describing Zambia President Hakainde Hichilema a public liar his address to Parliament a fortnight ago.
On Thursday, Parliament sitting started with a walk-out of some Members in what they have called it “Solidarity for Hon Jean Ng’andwe Chisenga MP Mambilima Constituency.
Hon Chisenga, caused a stir when she called the President, Hakainde Hichilema a liar when he was leaving Parliament during a Friday address.
Later on Ms Chisenga was given an ultimatum to exculpate herself and subsequently suspended from the business of parley.
And today in a show of support some MPs exited National Assembly as a solidarity to her.
