TikTok star posts final video celebrating 17th birthday just hours before she was shot by man whose advances she rejected (See Photos)

Pakistani TikTok star Sana Yousaf was tragically shot dead at her home in Islamabad on June 2. The 17-year-old had just posted a video celebrating her birthday, smiling with friends and cutting a cake.

Hours later, 22-year-old Umar Hayat, whose advances she had repeatedly rejected, killed her. Police said he waited outside her home for hours before forcing his way in.

The murder happened in front of Sana’s mother. Sana had over a million followers across platforms. Hayat was later arrested in Faisalabad, over 300 km away.

Authorities described the killing as driven by rejection and obsession. Fans and fellow influencers are mourning her loss online.

Many expressed heartbreak over the loss of such a young life.
