Man Arrested For Allegedly Having Sexual Intercourse With Biological Daughter In Nkhata Bay

Police in Nkhata Bay have arrested a man for allegedly having sexual intercourse with his own daughter.
Station Officer-in-Charge Falece Kachemwe-Moyo said the man was caught in the act by community members, but fled the scene. He was later arrested after a joint search effort with police.
The suspect will appear in court soon to face a charge of incest, which is contrary to Section 157(b) of the Penal Code.
