Police Investigate Death of Suspected Thief in Machinjiri

Information reaching this publication indicates that unidentified individuals have killed a man in Chikapa, Machinjiri, Blantyre.
Limbe Deputy Police Spokesperson Sam Kadyole said the man was suspected of stealing a phone from a bar and attempting to escape but was caught and beaten until he lost consciousness.
Kadyole added that the man was later found dead behind the Chikapa Market, and police are currently searching for the perpetrators.
