Paramount Chief Chikulamayembe’s funeral underway: Mutharika , Chilima in attendance

Thousands of people have gathered at Bolero in Rumphi for the burial ceremony of Paramount Chief Chikulamayembe.

President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika has also arrived at the chief’s residence to lead Malawians.

Other notable politicians attending the ceremony are Malawi Congress Party president Lazarus Chakwera , Alliance for Democracy’s Enock Chihana, People’s Party’s Kamlepo Kalua.

Also attending the funeral service of Paramount Chief Chikulamayembe is Vice President Saulos Chilima and United Democratic Front leader Atupele Muluzi among other leaders in both government and opposition.
