Information reaching faceofmalawi indicates that an unknown suspected thief has been beaten to death in Kasungu District.
Kasungu Police Spokesperson Harry Namwaza confirmed of the development in an interview with Zodiak Broadcasting Station (ZBS), saying the incident happened on Tuesday night.
According to Namwaza, the suspect was apprehended in the house of Mr. Nelson Chimgwede after a family member shouted for help.
The suspect is believed to have entered the house with an intention to steal.
