Elections Case Update: Chilima in for Cross Examination

United Transformation Movement (UTM) president Saulos Chilima is being cross examined on the sworn statement which he made to support his petition on 15 June. He has been asked to adopt the statement.
When taking an oath Judge Healy potani reminded Chilima, the former vice president on the seriousness of the oath.
Chilima has been asked to adopt the statement and he has done so.
So far the cross-examination is focusing on the roles of the Electoral Commission.
