Two people have died in a road accident in Mchinji after an Isuzu lorry registration number MHG 4676 and a Renault Saloon registration number NU8481 had a head-on collision.
Mchinji Station Officer in charge Owen Maganga confirmed of the accident in an interview with the press.
According to Maganga, the Lorry was coming from Lilongwe going to Mchinji while the Saloon was going to Lilongwe.
Maganga said the two were pronounced dead at Saint Gabriel Namitondo hospital while 10 others, who sustained injuiries were referred to Kamuzu Central Hospital in Lilongwe.
