Reports reaching Face of Malawi are indicating that veteran musician cum politician Joseph Tembo has died due to short illness.
The auze mbudye hit maker is said to have suffered from malaria and has passed away at Kamuzu Central Hospital (KCH) in Lilongwe this afternoon.
Confirming the sad news, one of the Gospel artist Steve Waziso Muliya writes on his facebook page sharing the unexpected development.
“Rest well Hon Joseph Tembo, you still remain Legend in music ministry!! Will still remember you because of your humble spirit…” writes Muliya.
