Porn Hub Respons to Lawsuit Over Porn Subtitles

Adult movie site, P*rnhub has responded to lawsuit from Yaroslav Suris, a hearing impaired porn lover who sued the site for not including closed captions or subtitles to their videos.

Yaroslav filed a Closed Caption Lawsuit against the site earlier last week stating that the largest adult content site is violating the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act by denying deaf persons pleasure in watching their content.Vice President for Pornhub, Corey Price, on behalf of the site replied Yaroslav saying the company have them in mind and recommending to him and persons with hearing disability to use their closed caption category.

“We understand that Yaroslav Suris is suing Pornhub for claiming we’ve denied the deaf and hearing-impaired access to our videos. While we do not generally comment on active lawsuits, we’d like to take this opportunity to point out that we do have a closed captions category.” He wrote in a Statement available at TMZ.
