Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Councillor for Bangwe Mthandizi Ward Isaac Jomo Osman has been picked by police in Blantyre.
Police spokesperson for the South Ramsy Mushani confirmed of the development in an interview with Zodiak Broadcasting Station (ZBS).
According to Mushani, Osman has been picked over assault of Billy Mayaya during HRDC demonstrations in Blantyre.
