Chisale granted bail

Bodyguard to former President Professor Peter Mutharika, Norman Chisale has been granted bail by the Supreme Court of Appeal.

The development follows an application filed by Chisale’s lawyers to Supreme Court on Thursday where Chisale sued Attorney General Chikosa Sulungwe.

Chisale claimed that he is unlawfully being detained by the State and the case was before Justice Lovemore Chikopa.
