Karonga Police on November 11, 2020 at around 1200 at Pusi Farmers World deport arrested three people in connection to illegal practices towards 2020 affordable farm inputs program.
The three are identified as Optimist Gibson Fatch 33 years, Famers World Seller C/O Pusi deport, Victor Mwayihomba 28 years buyer and Tanzanian-man-Tubone Kalambile 38 years, buyer.
The brief facts surrounding their arrest are that Optimist Gibson Fatch sold 34 bags of fertilizer to Victor Mwayihomba and Tubone Kalambile.
People who were at Pusi Farmers World deport reported the matter to Kapolo Police Post and officers from Kapolo rushed to Pusi deport and arrested the three.
Upon searching, the two buyers were found with 17 National Identification Card belonging to different people which they used to buy 34 bags of fertilizer.
