28 year old man has killed himself by hanging in Dedza district at Machilika village in the area of Traditional Authority Kaphuka.
Group Village Headwoman confirmed of the development and identified the deceased as Anderson M’bwana.
M’bwana is said to be a father two.
According to the chief, the deceased left a suicide note indicating he is tired of poverty hence taking his own life.
For the past months, cases of suicide have been on the rise in the country due to financial crisis.
