UNITED KINGDOM – A man who had sex with a woman he never met before on a public pavement in broad daylight has been jailed for Christmas.
Jonathon Pisani, 45, had sex with 40-year old Kate Jackson in front of passers-by after they got chatting while she was waiting to catch a train home, Manchester Evening News reports.
Initially a member of the public called police in mistaken belief Jackson was being raped by Pisani but council CCTV operators noticed the pair kissing passionately outside a nearby nightclub.
The camera was said to have then panned back to see Jackson and Pisani lying on the pavement cuddling each other.
Eventually she pulled him on top of her before they began having sex as shoppers walked past.
Police in Stalybridge, Greater Manchester, arrested the pair at the scene with inquiries revealing both had been drinking heavily.
Jackson pleaded guilty to the same charge last October at a separate hearing before magistrates at Tameside.
She was given a £50 fine and a 12-month community order.
