Death has been announced of Malawi’s former cabinet Minister Martha Lunji Chao who died last night.
Deputy Speaker of Parliament Madalitso Kazombo has confirmed of the development on his Official Facebook page.
According to Kazombo, Lunji died last night at Kamuzu Central Hospital in the capital city, Lilongwe.
Until her death Lunji Served as a legislature for Nkhotakota North East.
She was also former ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) chief whip in the August House.
