MYBUCKS ROLLS OUT ‘YOUR LOYALTY YOUR BONUS” PROGRAM

MyBucks Banking Corporation has introduced MyBucks Yatentha; Your Loyalty Your Bonus Loyalty Program that offers Retail and Microfinance Customers a chance to win various prizes.

Speaking during the launch, Head of Retail & SME Banking Mayamiko Kalizang’oma said through the program, the bank will be rewarding customers for their loyalty and support they render to the bank.

“It’s a token of appreciation and we would like every customer to win a little something. We have put in place several qualifying criteria through deposits and channel utilizations, and have attached wonderful prizes to those who qualify.

“No draws will be conducted, hence once one qualifies, they are automatic winners,” said Kalizang’oma.

Prizes include branded Golf shirts, T-shirts, Mugs and wrappers (Zitenje).

The loyalty program will also be requiring customers to deposit and maintain K10 to K15 million in a month to automatically qualify for either a branded string bag or  wrapper (chitenje) with customers depositing and maintaining K15 million to K25 million, will be given branded travel mugs.

“And for a customer to win an exclusive dinner for two, they should deposit and maintain anything in excess of K25 Million in a calendar month.

“Under channel utilization, we are rewarding customers who utilize our digital channels namely Flex Mobile (*632#), FlexOnline, ATM and those that use our cards on POS machines,” he said.

Customers will also be rewarded 5 free ATM transactions for every 25 ATM transactions made.
