MCP Councillor Nelson Munyenyembe resigns, joins AFORD

Malawi Congress Party (MCP) Councillor for Kampingo Sibande Ward in Mzimba East Constituency Nelson Kwacha Munyenyembe has today joined Alliance for Democracy (AFORD).
AFORD Chairperson for Mombera Region Nelson Mataya Nyirenda has confirmed the development.
Munyenyembe said he has joined AFORD after being convinced with its new policies and direction.
AFORD has featured Wachepa Phiri as a Parliamentay candidate in Mzimba East Constituency by-elections that will take place on 26 October 2021.
