Police have started firing teargas to demonstrators who started stoning the law enforcers in Zomba.

The demonstrators started throwing stones on police officers after they delivered there petition to the District council.

The demonstrators held demonstrations against unfulfilled campaign promises by Tonse alliance.

They were led by politician-cum-comedian, Bon Kalindo.
