Woman and her two Children suspected of undressing a lady denied bail in Balaka

The Balaka Magistrate Court has denied bail to a woman Rose Mandiwa and her two children Deus Matewere and Lydia Matewere who are answering charges of insulting the modesty of a woman.
The presiding Magistrate Phillip Chibwana has since adjourned the case to next week Monday.
The three are answering charges of robbery, assault and bodily harm, indecent assault, malicious damage and insulting the modesty of a woman.
They were arrested after a video clip of them beating a woman suspected to be having an affair with Rose Mandiwa’s husband, went viral on social media.
