Chanco and Poly To Be Re-opened in 2 MONTHS Time.

After a lengthy discussion between The Unima Council and other stakeholders,it­ has been agreed that the the two colleges be re-opened in August as a lesson to kurb any further misconduct by students that may lead into another closure.

There are clear indication within the Council that despite this long closure, the students’ demands will not be addressed maintaining that they are unrealistic and absurd.

The two constituent colleges of Unima were closed after students started boycotting classes over alleged refusal by the Council to increase their food allowance and reduce paralell students fees.
