An eighteen-year-old boy of has committed suicide after finding that his mother had not spared food for him.
North-Western Deputy Commissioner of Police Dr Fred Mulenga said that the boy identified as Ackwel Kaumba took his life by hanging himself to a tree in a bush located 100 metres away from his village.
Details are that 09 th April 2022 the deceased came back home from playing around 18:00 hours and found his mother Nivia Nkuba aged 35 had not left nshima for him which angered the deceased who told his mother that he had gone to kill himself.
Efforts were made by the mother to look for him but to no avail adding that he was discovered hanging on a tree.
