Masozi Chanthunya extradition appeal denied

A court in South Africa has thrown out an appeal by businessman and murder suspect Masozi Chanthunya against his extradition to Malawi.

Attorney General Anthony Kamanga has confirmed that Mr. Chanthunya will now come to Malawi to answer murder charges of his Zimbabwean girlfriend Linda Gasa who was murdered at his Lodge.
