Chilima Says Honor The Promise Or Lets Go For Fresh Polls

United Transformation Movement (UTM) leader Saulos Chilima who is also the country’s state vice president has told alliance partners to either honor the agreement or go for fresh presidential elections.

According to Chilima this is so because the country administration was built under the corners of an agreement they made prior to June 23, 2020 fresh presidential elections.

When addressing the nation this morning Chilima, said those who are not supporting the idea of making the presidency rotate should say so but should keep in mind that it will come with consequences.

Among others, Chilima said he is the one to be the presidential bearer during 2025 presidential elections.

According to Chilima, is a great need to unlearn the obsession of power and privilege to ensure that commitments to serve remain intact without propaganda or humiliation.
