Demonstrators Close M1 Road In Lilongwe As Police Fires More Teargas

Police have barred demonstrators from passing through Lilongwe town, putting the economy into a standstill as businesses have been closed.
Teargas has been used by the police to disperse demonstrators.
Demonstrators have closed the M1 road at area 36 and Mchesi where they are burning tyres.
